Our Process
1. Receive your Yearly Tax Appraisal & Review It
Does it look right? Want to reduce it more? Contact an agent to help you appeal. Any agent who presents an appeal on your behalf must be a Licensed Tax Consultant in the State of Texas.
2. Analyzes Existing Assessments
Researches market data, prepares a strategy, then contact you with our data and let you know how we think we can best serve you.
3. Online Appeal
We can help set up an account with your counties cad, then submit the online appeal on your behalf. The county will deny, accept or counter. We then review this information, and you have the opportunity to counter again with an in-person appeal.
4. Informal and Formal in Person Appeals.
One of our experts can go to an informal hearing on your behalf or you can accompany for a formal hearing. Informal hearing: Your representative and a Appraisal Review board (ARB) member will review the data and come to a decision. Formal: Your representative and you will sit amongst a non-affiliated judging panel of three along with the ARB and compare data. The three judges will come to a decision. You may accept their terms or you can file again for another written appeal.
