MB Property Tax Solutions was founded out of the desire to help Texas property owners protect their property from exorbitant tax fines and foreclosures. With a team of real estate experts we’re able to easily tailor a solution to fit the needs of our clients.

Kelsey McGaughey

Founder

Kelsey has lived in Montgomery County my entire life, she found her passion in real estate and helping her community buy, sell, lease and invest in real estate. Being strategic in mapping out clients financial abilities and achieve their dreams has been the highlight of her career.

Throughout her real estate career she found herself consulting with past clients on county tax appraisals. It quickly became a new passion for her.

Ryan Bowden

Founder

Ryan Bowden was born and raised in Conroe, Tx. His youth was immersed in the appraisal business, as his father, Michael Bowden,founded Bowden Appraisal Group in 1990. As a Montgomery County and Houston native, his familiarity with the area and surround counties is unmatched.

Ryan Bowden has been a licensed appraiser for the State of Texas for the past 11 years, while being recently licensed as a Property Tax Consultant as well. Ryan experienced noteworthy success in the past 2 years helping friends and family with property tax protests/ARB hearings along with a significant amount of reduction in taxes within the community he resides in for 50+ residents this past year.
